Today Pastor Randy Faulkner of Oklahoma City served as Chaplain of the Day for the Oklahoma House of Representatives. The Chaplain presents a brief message and prayer shortly after the House convenes every Thursday during the four-month session. Pastor Faulkner is my pastor. He serves as the Senior Pastor at Metropolitan Baptist Church in northwest Oklahoma City. I was honored to sponsor him this morning.
