A Gallup Poll conducted two weeks ago reveals that Americans’ confidence in public schools is at a record low 29 percent. The data is part of a more comprehensive Confidence in Institutions survey conducted regularly by the Gallup organization. (Thanks to The McCarville Report for bringing this to my attention.)
